Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid drivers license

  • GED or High School diploma

Ramp Agent

This is an outdoor position that includes the following:

  • Driving tugs and trucks

  • Hooking up ground power units

  • Loading and unloading checked bags, mail and freight

  • Filling out cargo loading form

  • Sorting bags

  • Maintaining safety standards

  • Assisting disabled passengers

  • Lifting, bending, stooping and walking

  • Coordinating passenger guidance

  • De-icing airplanes

  • Directing airplanes

  • Commissary and lavatory services (STL only)

Customer Service Agent (CSA)
  • Checking in passengers

  • Making boarding announcements

  • Changing seat assignments

  • Adding frequent flyer numbers

  • Working with SABRE

  • Closing out flights

  • Rebooking flights

  • Retrieving information from the computer

  • Issuing boarding passes

Clerical

This is a broad general category

  • Requires previous customer service and office experience

  • Answering phones, filing and similar tasks

  • Data entry

  • Working with word processing and related computer software

Crew Scheduling
  • Creating and modifying pilot and flight attendant schedules

  • Complying with FAA guidelines

  • Completing complex tasks in a timely manner

  • Managing phone calls

  • Using critical problem-solving skills

  • Ability to excel in dynamic, fast-paced work environment

  • This department operates 24 hours per day

A&P Mechanic and Avionics Technician
  • A & P license required

  • Must own tools

  • Avionics technicians 

  • Sheet metal technicians

Flight Attendant
  • Must live within one (1) hour from airport at domicile base

  • Must be at least 19 years of age

  • Must be fluent in the English language, both verbal and written

  • Height - 4' 11" Min to 5'10" Max

  • Height-weight proportionate

  • Must be neat, well groomed and professional

  • Trip lengths vary from one to four days

  • Work days may be up to 14 hours in length

  • Training lasts approximately 6 weeks in St. Louis, MO

  • Domiciles in St. Louis, MO and Dulles, VA

Pilots
  • FAA commercial pilot's license with instrument and multi-engine ratings

  • Competitive Minimums

    • 1000 total hours fixed wing

    • 200 hours multi-engine

  • A current first class FAA medical Certificate

  • Education - HS graduate required, 2 years associate degree or equivalent is preferred

  • Current valid passport
