TPFL

We are always looking for energetic, positive, motivated and conscientious employees. Minimum Qualifications:

Clerical

This is a broad general category

  • Requires previous customer service and office experience
  • Answering phones, filing and similar tasks
  • Data entry
  • Working with word processing and related computer software

Crew Scheduling
  • Creating and modifying pilot and flight attendant schedules
  • Complying with FAA and contractual guidelines
  • Requires professional verbal and written communications skills
  • Completing complex tasks in a timely manner
  • Managing phone calls
  • Ability to work in a team environment, while being self-motivated with minimal supervision
  • Using critical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to excel in dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • This department operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and various shifts.

Aircraft Mechanics
  • A & P license recommended
  • Must own personal hand tools

Flight Attendant
  • Must live within 1.5 hours from airport at domicile base
  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • Must be fluent in the English language, both verbal and written
  • Height - 4' 11" Min to 5'10" Max
  • Height-weight proportionate
  • Must be neat, well groomed and professional
  • Trip lengths vary from one to four days
  • Work days may be up to 14 hours in length
  • Training lasts approximately 6 weeks in St. Louis, MO
  • Domiciles in St. Louis, MO, Chicago, IL, Denver, CO and Dulles, VA
  • Must have passport prior to training

Left Seat Direct Program (Captain Qualified First Officer Program)

The Left Seat Direct Program allows new hire pilots who meet the qualifications for Captain to fly as both a Captain and a First Officer. CQFOs earn a Captain’s wage while flying as Captain and a First Officer wage considerably higher than that of a traditional First Officer. The program offers professional pilots benefits that are integral to achieving goals associated with long-term career progression, thus making a move to a another airline less financially punitive. In short, the benefits afforded by this program make a lateral transition an intelligent career advancement opportunity.

Benefits include:

  • A wage structure higher than most new hire wages
  • The ability to start or continue earning PIC time quickly
  • A new hire training experience that will complement your previous experience, while providing additional preparation for a long-term career in airline operations
  • An established company with over 30 years of regional airline experience
  • A positive relationship between labor and management
Qualifications:
  • An ATP certificate with at least one type rating
  • 3,500 hours total time
  • 1,000 hours multi-engine time
  • 1,000 FAR Part 121 time (Can be a combination of Part 121 and Part 135 time. Time for this qualification is considered on a case-by-case basis.).
Low Time Entry Program
