Captain Qualified First Officer Program (CQFO)
program allows pilots who meet Captain requirements to fly as either a
Captain or a First Officer, depending on the airline’s scheduling needs. If you've spent years waiting to upgrade at another regional, this program is for you.

- 2,500 hours total time
- 1,000 hours multi-engine time
FAR Part 121 time (Time can be a combination of Part 121 and Part 135 time.

$21,000 Signing & Retention Bonus Payment Schedule
Payment 1: $10,000 after the completion of IOE
Payment 2: $7,000 after one year active employment
Payment 3: $4,000 after two years active employment
CQFO Pay$50.07 per flight hour when flying as a First Officer ($36.35 per flight hour during training)
$62.84 per flight hour when flying as a Captain
