- [NEW] - Employee Site Requirements:
- Internet Explorer 6 or 7 or Mozilla Firefox is required. Opera and Apple Safari may work but are not supported by the IT department. Only fully operational web browsers are supported by the IT department. This includes fully operational cookies and javascript.
- Internet Explorer 6 is the only Web browser that is known to function correctly with Crew Web at this time. Internet Explorer 7 and 8 will not function correctly with Crew Web. Mozilla Firefox browser does not function at all with Crew Web. Safari browser does not function at all with Crew Web. Opera 9.5 browser is tested to work, but is not supported by the IT department.
- Issues experienced while using pop-up blocker or Internet security software are not supported by the IT department.
- Issues experienced while using an Apple Mac computer are not supported by the IT department.
- Adobe Reader is required for some parts of this site. Only fully operational and up-to-date Adobe Reader software is supported by the IT department. The IT department does not provide instructions for the installation of Adobe Reader. Adobe makes available instructions and installation here. The Adobe Reader user guide is available here.
- The IT department is not responsible for the operation of this web site in any way with computers not owned by Trans States Airlines.
