12. Respond quickly and courteously to customers questions

Our Commitment:

In order to mitigate inconveniences due to delay, cancellation, or irregular operations:

  • We will do our best to contact you in advance regarding a flight cancellation using contact information in your reservation;
  • We will automatically rebook you on the next available flight and will make every reasonable effort to reroute your check baggage on the same flight as you.
  • Upon landing, the flight crew will advise when the use of cell phones is permitted. At that time, you can call reservations for connecting flight status.
  • We will provide meal allowances and hotel accommodations at contract facilities, based on availability, if you are inconvenienced overnight while away from your home or destination due to a delay, misconnect or cancellation within our control. If accommodations are unavailable, we will compensate you with a transportation credit commensurate in value with the contracted hotel rate.

  • Reservations or information regarding Trans States Airlines flights operating as United Express may be obtained through United Airlines by calling 800-241-6522 or via the website at www.united.com.
  • Reservations or information regarding Trans States Airlines flights operating as US Airways Express may be obtained through US Airways by calling 800-428-4322 or vial the website at www.usairways.com.
