Epic Flight Academy student pilots who agree to fly for Trans States after earning the required hours are eligible for $10,000 in waived training costs. Unlike tuition reimbursement programs, students in this program receive their funding up front, which means that no interest accumulates over time.

Complete your flight training at Epic Flight Academy. Trans States Airlines picks up the tab for $10,000 of your training costs. Step 2:
Epic hires you as a flight instructor. You earn a paycheck while you continue to build hours.Step 3:
Upon meeting ATP minimums, you become a First Officer at Trans States Airlines, one of the highest paying and fastest growing regional airlines in the country.
