Captain Qualified First Officer Program
If you've spent years waiting to upgrade at another regional, our Captain Qualified First Officer program is for you. This program allows pilots who meet Captain requirements to fly as either a Captain or a First Officer, depending on the airline’s scheduling needs.
Captain Qualified First Officers (CQFOs) earn $49.33 per flight hour when flying as a First Officer and $62.84 per flight hour when flying as a Captain. Take advantage of this great opportunity to start earning PIC time. See program flyer for complete details and qualifications.
Here's what one of our pilots has to say about the program:
Our first year, First Officer pay is one of the highest in the regional airline industry, at $35.81 per flight hour.
First year Captain pay is
$62.84 per flight hour. Second year Captains earn
$65.39 per flight hour.
Pilots who qualify for our Captain Qualified First Officer Program earn the highest first year pay in the industry: $49.33 per flight hour when flying as a First Officer and $62.84 per flight hour when flying as a Captain.
All of our pilots have a 75 hour minimum monthly guarantee.
